I loved Faded until l paid for the untire year subscription. Now l can’t even sign I with getting an error message. And l can only try the sign in once and then l have to delete the app and try it again. I am so frustrated l could throw my phone e my phone across the room and it’s a new iPhone 11 too! Somethings got to change.... quick!

If you previously purchased the app it should be a special subscription for them. I paid for the app I shouldn’t have to get splash screen about the subscription every time I open the app. Once is enough. I know it exists.

I paid $30 for the annual subscription in November because I use this app a lot. It shows as an active subscription in my App Store settings but the subscription features never ended up getting unlocked for me. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, signing out of the app, and a few other tricks suggested to me but nothing has worked. I even tried to email the team with the email they have on their website but my email got sent back to me with a message that the mailbox is disabled. Cool.

Here is yet another example of an app gone wrong. Why not just charge a ONE-TIME price instead of a monthly fee to use the app? I know why...greed. But this app is not alone in this scam. Deleted.

I just deleted the app because it is just plain. Now they want to charge a monthly fee. It wasn’t that good to begin with. If someone has already purchased an app, the creator should not have the right to start charging its existing customers. We should be grandfathered in so that we will promote your new product and others will purchase. We were your beta testers, now you say f you to the ones who made you. Or ya basic and made nothing off of an inferior product.
