Love this game but some stuff is annoing

First off it is extremely hard to move thing around especially the dirt patches that you plant things on. it took me ONE HOUR to move one patch to the other side of the walkway because it was not willing to move the way and when you tap on it and it’s in a place where it’s not going to fit it goes back to the place it originally was and so when I was getting it across the walkway it was really hard because I kept tapping the arrows but it kept going back to the spot that was far away from where I want it. That is the only concern I have right now considering I only got this game today. I love this game it is really fun and addicting but that is the only thing I would change right now. Other wise it is a super fun and cool game to play in my free time since we are all in quarantine. stay home and stay safe!

How do you get support to reply to your attempts to contact them? I did what was suggested in the app and tried emailing through the contact us in the app store and NOTHING. Right now, my review is based on the fact that I can’t get support for technical glitches AT ALL.

I played this game when it was first released. It was so fun and fast paced. Now you only serve one client at a time with massive amounts of product needed. I started only playing once a day because some products take so long to make and you need multiples just for one client. It got boring quick. I uninstalled and have since reinstalled due to stay at home and the game has so many glitches. You can’t move buildings or workstations where you want the whole screen just moves so if you have limited space and need to build you can’t due to no being able to place building in exact spot. I have received no support from in game messaging so customer service isn’t the best either. I’m just about ready to give up on this game completely it’s changed so much it’s not fun anymore.

My Spa Resort is the game I play, without a doubt, the most. It’s fun to level up and to continuously redecorate your spa with new items. I don’t understand some of the complaints. Sure, the more you level up, the longer it may take to make certain products needed for treatment. But that’s why you make sure to keep an inventory of those products (I keep eight of each item for the sauna treatments at all times). It’s best to lay those all run when you’re going to sleep. Also, I’ve barely had to pay anything! And when I did it was because I really wanted something, not because I had to. If you watch the 10 or so (well, each, so like 20 total) ads, you can get tons of free coins and free gems that really add up. So you definitely can get your storage expanded and extra manufacturing slots without having to spend a dime. Sometimes you just have to be a little patient. To the developers: please tell me the yoga studio and/or VIP hotel is coming soon, along with other new services and workers! I love it so far but I’m a level 46 so it’s been quite awhile since I got the last/final worker. Thank you for a great game and keep up the amazing work!

The game doesn’t slow you to use a lot of the materials and products that you are growing and prod hint without having to constantly pay for coins to play the game.
