App doesn’t allow me to input tv provider info – CNN: Breaking US & World News Review

App was working totally fine until I had to log in with my new tv provider and now it keeps saying that the username or password is incorrect when I know for sure that I’m typing it correctly. Please advise on how this can be fixed!
