Doesn’t work. No support. – Sync Solver - Fitbit to Health Review

After downloading the app, I searched for instructions for how to adjust settings so it would work as advertised, since it didn’t do so upon startup. No luck. Contacted customer support via email. No luck. My hunch is that it could work with some guidance, but clears instructions appear to be unavailable and support email is unreturned (as of this moment). Very frustrating for an expensive app. Don’t bother buying this app. Might as well save your money add info manually, since that is what you’ll have to do anyway.
