Great app...but it isn’t getting the job done – ・MEGA・ Review

Seems like a great app, and ive read some great reviews on it but it doesnt seem to do the ONE thing i want it for... I downloaded a movie on here ( done so by the director, not illegally) a couple days ago and for some reason can’t watch it. All it does when i click it is buffer. I cant find anything on line to help me fix this problem on the app ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️
