App won’t open after subscribing – Story Color: Paint by Number Review

The app was working perfectly fine, until I decided that I was sick of the ads and began a subscription. After finishing some pictures, I closed the app for a few seconds to check something else. As soon as I clicked on the app, it force closed on me before even reaching the main screen. I figured maybe my phone was just acting up, so I tried again. And again and again. I decided to power cycle my phone to see if that would help. Nope. At that point, I decided that deleting the app and re-downloading it was the only option that I had left, so that’s what I did. The app opened up this time, but all of my drawings were gone. So, despite how annoyed I was, I redid them. I closed out the app for a few hours to take a break. And now, here we go again. Force close, no home screen. Tried opening it again. Force close. Power cycled my phone. Force close. I don’t want to lose all of my pictures AGAIN, meanwhile my subscription is going to waste because I can’t even get the app to work. **UPDATE** Decided to uninstall and reinstall it again out of frustration and, big surprise, all of my drawings are gone AGAIN. So much time and money wasted.
