Can not get these people to answer emails – Parental Control App - OurPact Review

I pay for the subscription and my daughters contacts simply disappeared. It won’t let her add name and info to the numbers either. I’ve written 2 emails to find out if it’s a setting that I don’t know about but I haven’t gotten an answer. Frustrating.
