Poor customer service is killing this game – FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS Review

I used to LOVE this game but repeated bad customer service experiences have turned me off to it. Their major problem is the time and frequency of their game maintenance. I have repeatedly run into issues where they take my money and when I go to use it and make a pull game freezes or resets and then I’m logged out. You have to spend too much money for too little result.
