Kid loved it until it stopped working in 2 iPhone 7 Plus phones – Hippo Magic Review

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times in 2 different iPhone 7 plus phones, they still suffer the same issue — app has no sound despite many uninstallation and reinstallation. Please fix. Thanks!
