Very rude costumer service – elmenus Review

If I can give less than one star I would, I downloaded the app then made my first order was less than 100LE, today I saw the promo that if i buy for first time for more than 100LE i would get a discount so i copied the promo code and pasted it but it didn't work so I started a chat and i reported what happened, they responded by sending me a message we are going to close our account for using a promo code for multiple times and they did that, I did t even get to continue the chat, any respected app would take in consideration what happened with me even if they got high ratings. This is beyond rudeness and lack of professionalism.
