i made an order and was promised delivery time of 30 mins after placing a the order and the 30 mins passed i checked the order to find that the delivery time is 1 hour and 20 mins !!!!!! after complaining about this falsified information ,Nadine in complain center denies that this falsified information and that is normal due to rush hour !!!!

If I can give less than one star I would, I downloaded the app then made my first order was less than 100LE, today I saw the promo that if i buy for first time for more than 100LE i would get a discount so i copied the promo code and pasted it but it didn't work so I started a chat and i reported what happened, they responded by sending me a message we are going to close our account for using a promo code for multiple times and they did that, I did t even get to continue the chat, any respected app would take in consideration what happened with me even if they got high ratings. This is beyond rudeness and lack of professionalism.

almost restaurants are not available to make an online order and whenever i get a promo it doesn't work saying “the promo cant work in your address” i don't recommend this app at all .

They are truly the worst when it comes to online ordering and customer communication. I have taken screen shots of the conversation with their customer support as an evidence of their lack of professionalism.
