Justice for my beloved Service Dog Bently – Lyft Review

So far I’m enjoying Lyft there was one incident last February 5th at around 4:15am that haunts me to this day. It was an emergency concerning my Service Dog who was dying and the driver even though I had him covered in blankets was going to leave us on the St. I was crying, because he needed oxygen very quickly and I had to beg this awful insensitive man to please take us until he finally let us in even though I had paperwork. He died an hour later. I hated that guy so much I couldn’t even talk about it. I should’ve written in, but I was too upset to handle it. He may have made it if it wasn’t for the time I spent begging! I hate this man with a passion and if there’s a way tor Lyft to find this guy on that date and timeline I’d like him to know what he did to a woman and a small innocent animal that suffered and died because of him! Nancy Smith and Bently. It’s like it just happened still raw. Please help find this guy and make him pay for what he did somehow, someway, but something!And PLEASE let me know. Let’s get justice for Bently he deserved better than that! He was in pain and this evil man knew it!! May he burn in hell. Nancy & our beautiful baby boy Bently ask for justice. Thank you,
