This app is TRASH. – TeamSnap Review

I have never given an app such a negative rating. Shoot I don’t even review apps but this one is so terrible I had to take the time to review. I CANNOT send messages from the app to my team (tried on the phone and desktop.) They just sit in the sent box with an error message of “not yet sent” no matter how many times I try to send it. There is no true customer service, just a chat box where you type your issue and it takes you to not so helpful articles to read. I’ve had to reach out to teamsnap on twitter and I’m STILL waiting for a response. Now, TeamSnap has randomly locked me out and gives a message that I’ve violated its terms of service. Ha. The only thing I’ve done is try to send a message. Our coach wants us using this app so I’m stuck with it but will absolutely tell everyone to steer clear if they can.
