Zipwhip is great, app isn’t – Zipwhip Text Messaging Review

I have had ZipWhip service for years and it is a huge help to my business- it would be hard to live without it. The app, however, is a different story. It has consistently had a very difficult time updating and it has nothing to do with my data connection - cell connection, WiFi, WiFi on gigabit, makes no difference. I have tried restart, deleted and reinstalled the app, and it still doesn’t work consistently. I have great hopes that someday someone at ZipWhip will pay attention and fix it. 2/19/20 One star higher rating. App works fine and updates properly on iPad. Problem with update continues on iPhone, but not quite as slow as before.
