2nd factor Auth does not work – SonicWall Mobile Connect Review

My work requires 2nd factor auth to login to VPN. Connect to SonicWall, onetime use password is sent. However, in SonicWall app on iPad no keyboard input is recognized when prompting for the one time use password. Makes logging into my VPN impossible.
