Rarely updated, better options available – Outlinely - Outliner & notes Review

This app always showed potential, but the developer has a habit of making a few small changes and then letting the app languish for months at a time with no major new features. Why pay a subscription for an app that isn’t getting developed? Besides, there are better options out there now.
