No Uber for me – Flash Cab Review

I know a lot of people take Uber, but Uber is not a real cab company that is regulated by states. With the app, I can do anything Uber users do, and my rate is the same no matter the time of day or night. Greatest thing is that I don’t have to give my credit card info up front.
