AirPod Replacement – Apple Store Review

This is the very reason I don’t do customer service in person anymore. A hour and half wait just to have an AirPod replaced. She tells me you have to have an appointment. It’s just an AirPod replacement. Apple the company makes too much money to have customer service like this. Really considering going back to Samsung. Beyond ridiculous.....
