purchased ad free option but still get ads – Subway Korea Review

i liked this app, so i purchased the option to remove ads. but ads continue to appear and their customer support is basically nonexistent, over a month of just replies of “it shouldn’t happen again.” when i asked for a refund, they went completely silent. an awful way to treat users.
