purchased ad free option but still get ads

i liked this app, so i purchased the option to remove ads. but ads continue to appear and their customer support is basically nonexistent, over a month of just replies of “it shouldn’t happen again.” when i asked for a refund, they went completely silent. an awful way to treat users.

Once you understand the subway system, this app allows you to see alternate routes as well as recommended
Should revert back to iOS 7.1.1 version pls.

The times for the last train on Incheon 2 line are incorrect for Sunday’s and public holidays. Why fix a clock that isn't broken? And it's a lie that it only takes up 84mb. It takes up more than 120mb. Far too much for a info. app I
