Great support – Livongo Review

I appreciate the real time assistance. When my blood sugars are out of the boundaries set by my doctor; I immediately get a text from a coach, first to see how I am feeling and offering any assistance I might need and advice how to proceed. I have used meters since they came onto the market. This is the first system that gives real time help. In over 50 years as a diabetic this is the first time I have experienced such help. It took me time to figure out how to add my food to the log. The only thing it lacks is a place to check that I have taken all my medications with the name and dosage. Reordering supplies is very simple - you just click reorder and it is down. Thank you for this innovation.
