Free but not free? – Live Wallpaper Maker: 4K Theme Review

Why would you make a free app on the AppStore just for people to WASTE their storage to download the app. Once you get in it explains its features then asks you to pay 7 odd dollars! Absolutely put a dunce hat on the creators head!
