Problem – Wanly Online Review

Thank you so much for your help. I am now using the application and it works very well. The only remaining issue is that I do not receive any notification regarding the online/offline status of my contacts. I would really appreciate your assistance. My mobile device model is iPhone XR DeviceID : B68E7DED-CB0B-4060-A392-5685DDAAD9B1 Please note that the notifications of my phone was already activated and thus the problem is not related to my device.
