Support tickets don’t even work – AirParrot Remote Review

I downloaded this for work, only to find out I don’t need it. Tried to submit a support ticket to request a refund and cancellation and the ticket gives an error when trying to submit (all the necessary Information is filled out). Then subsequent attempts result in a white dialogue box popping up with no ability to submit, only exit out of the screen.
