trying to charge for service not delivered – Ola: Book Cab, Auto, Bike Taxi Review

the app became unusable despite good internet and gps. driver was changed without notice. new driver called and refused to come to us on a busy street. we had two people with us who could barely walk. i cancelled the whole thing. after i cancelled the ride, Ola tried to charge me 50 rupees while only providing me with frustration. since i do not have payments set up, tough luck Ola. very unprofessional driver AND app.
