Pathetic customer service – Ola: Book Cab, Auto, Bike Taxi Review

The rides are always delayed. The customer service is the worst. When you email them they send you some canned responses. I once complained about my ride being unsafe as the driver was dozing off while driving after coming 50 minutes late for pick up. Their response was just sorry and we will take steps to avoid this in future. No refunds, no coupons for their mistakes.
