Why doesn’t it work? – FilterPop for Snapchat Review

First of all,I downloaded this for fun.So what I did was try to make an account but it didn’t work? So I tried it again thinking I typed it wrong so I did it AGAIN,It loaded for about 1 minute and me thinking it was working it didn’t,It loaded like I said but then went back to “Create an Account!” I got really angry because I thought something wrong happened so then I turned off my phone and went on it again typed it in still didn’t work. I’m very confused?
