Mediocre app and service – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

I've used Expedia to purchase a lot of travel. Today I was planning to purchase family's annual vacation, 7600$ trip to Honolulu. The app wouldn't let me choose our first class seats (this is important as we have a newborn). I ended up booking through another service. So you lost that commission and likely a lot of my future use.
