Ethics in business – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

You don’t keep your word on deals. I had to pay full price on a special deal which was to be $67 a nite for two weeks and cannot get a refund so trust level is down the drain. Full price at a seedy motel was twice what I’d agreed to. Don’t know if I’ll ever use your services again. Never hear from anyone at your office to give me an explanation either when I contact you for an answer. I tell everyone I can not to trust Expedia as they tell you one thing but do another and it almost ruined my credit score on my Amex card. As a pastor I have a huge no of people to influence so it’s not a small group we’re talking about
