Employee care unresponsive to my issue with the app – Gravy Work Review

Have sent at least 2 emails about being unable to see anything other than the “employee processing screen” included screenshots of my problem and have not been able to receive or accepted gigs for the entire month of January. I am signed on as an employee but my screen is stuck on the application process as if it needs references or further processing from me. I have only been able to work New Year’s Eve. No other events have I been able to respond too. If they are going to want to get continued employees they should fix this problem
