This app is filled with tons (literally) of items for purchase from China. The selection is endless. It did take some getting used to ordering some items. You will need to identify if the electronic item is dual voltage 110/220 and what kind if plug is attached to it (US, EU, etc.). You can buy items with a US plug or purchase an adapter for your needs. I am impressed by the quality of some of the items I have purchased thus far. Yet, buyer beware, these items ship from China. Returns can be difficult and replacements may never come. Buy a single item before buying an entire set to judge quality. Be prepared to wait, items can be delayed and Banggood does not begin reordering or reimbursement until a full 60 days from shipment. It can take a month or two on some items. There is a US warehouse and items on hand will ship faster in the continental US. I have had items returned to China due to security checks and I was never notified. It took reporting an issue after 60 days to finally find it was rejected by the customs officials. It was resent per my wishes and three months after initially ordering it has finally arrived in the US. I have a shipment missing in San Francisco. I was never delivered to the USPS after arriving. Still waiting for 60 days to pass to request reshipment or reimbursement. It is not always that disappointing. That is just a couple of issues among the 20 or so orders I have made from Banggood. Most arrive safely and in better than expected quality. I have received just one item I would not buy again due to inferior quality. I would say that the value and prices are worth buying if out of 20 orders only one was bad. I can always use it for a different purpose because I do not expect to get my money back. The money I have saved from every other item has paid for that one bad item at least a hundred times. The customer service is eager to assist you until you get the item. They do respond quickly for all of my questions regarding a possible purchase. Unfortunately, when something goes wrong or an item is missing I have had difficulty getting any answers. You pretty much get what you bought and to return it would cost several times the price you paid for it. Due to UN sanctioned shipping policies it is cheaper to have an item shipped from China than from one state to another. What would cost $3 to ship internationally from China would cost $30 to ship back to China from the US. So, buyer beware, this is a good deal, most of the time. I will continue to purchase from Banggood but I have learned how to minimize the risk. Search sights that give unbiased reviews and read the customer reviews. Banggood does not filter out the bad reviews to give false information. Read the reviews and you will find the possible problems or the quality pieces.
