Bad customer service!!! – Banggood Global Online Shop Review

I ordered and it's been 2 months now and I haven't gotten anything. I e-mailed them THREE TIMES to inquire about my order and STILL NO REPLY!!! I resorted to the chat help but the person I chatted with couldn't tell me where my order was. I guess my order will never arrive!!! MY LOSS!!! There's no way of tracking my order. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
