Can’t create an account – Soul - Black Dating Review

For whatever reason I cannot create an account for this app. Whenever I select sign in with Facebook I get an error message that states “ App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”
