Not working – IPTV Smarters - IPTV Player Review

Was never able to get it to work so can’t really do much a review. I tried making contact by email to the developer twice and never even got a response. I am new to Apple so am trying to figure out how to get a refund for this app. Was hoping to be able to use it but since the developer don’t care about his customers to try an help to fix any issues or even reply I must find a way to try and get a refund. Have to chose a star but would really be a no stars from me as of right know.
