Existing accounts and rewards not working!! – Casey's Review

I visit my local Caseys almost daily!! We order pizza online all the time!! When I go to my app and click on rewards. I get sorry error occurred! I even went in and spoke with my Caseys manager and we tried several different ways with same end result! It won’t auto sign me up the rewards but it won’t let me enroll as new either as it states email and phone number already registered! It really stinks cus the large boxes no longer have the punch option to save for a free large!! ?
