Skirt bought in June for Christmas gift – HSN Shopping App Review

I bought a skirt and jacket as Christmas gift for relative and skirt is too small. Told I cannot return because bought in wrong timeframe. No exceptions, no help at all. Just a firm, no! That’s why I shop QVC, and will be closing this account. Not customer friendly. I’ve worked in retail over 40 years, there are always exceptions.?
