Not optimized for iPad. Missing Basic Features – Google Chat Review

There is no reason not to have the list of chats open on the left side of the screen while also having the contents of a chat open just like the web browser does. Also, you should be able to do all basic functions like unfollow a thread from the app. On top of that you should be able to completely mute a chat, including @ notifications.
