Disappointment – Glovo: Food Delivery and more Review

I haven’t had a single order without an issue. It’s either missing half the items, charging a wrong amount, failure to arrive to the restaurant, and many other malfunctions for this ridiculous excuse of a service. The most outrageous was a courrier calling me so many times to ask for the restaurant name, my location, the restaurant location, and my order. When I asked what’s the use of this app then if he’ll keep calling me for every detail, he said that he doesn’t know English. He can’t read anything on the app in English, not the address, not the restaurant name, nothing!
