Beware of hidden charges – Glovo: Food Delivery and more Review

I decided I'll give a try to this service today and ordered a sandwich for lunch from a restaurant I know. For some reason the sandwich was wrapped very tight with a plastic bag that rendered it into a complete mush by the time it arrived. After complaining to customer service i realized i had been charged almost 20% more than what I accepted to pay when ordering the food. Customer service only offered me to credit my account with the extra charge for my next order while they should had refunded my credit card. Borderline illegal if you ask me, glovo never again.
