Soothing and relaxing – Clarify and Integrate Review

My sister-in-law told me this app helped relax her during her pregnancy. So I decided to give it a try. Ahnalira’s voice is very soothing and calming. I did find myself more relaxed and center afterward. I look forward to getting the other meditations.
