foul play – Secret of the Lost Cavern Review

The company sold this game originally as being compatible with earlier systems and including the 2nd Gen iPod Touch. After months of the full game never working (even though the free demo worked perfectly), they suddenly "updated" it saying it only now supports newer devices. They should have refunded the users who bought under those false advertising premises. They occasionalyl turn out updates but there are few reports of anyone getting the game to run. The forum on their web site has unanswered questions that go back to 2009 about their software not working. They have zero customer service, but once you ask for help with their nonfunctional software they will send you spam advertising their junk forevermore into your email and there is no way to stop it. I may sound angry with them and am after their behavior, but I never sent them an angry letter and was always very polite in my requests for assistance. Companies like this harm the reputation of the iTunes store in my opinion and should be disassociated with it.
