Can’t connect to a lightbulb. – Wyze - Make Your Home Smarter Review

The only trouble shooting through the app is to turn of mobile data and to make sure my WiFi pass word is right. I’m less than a foot away and the bulb won’t connect. Shouldn’t be this hard to turn the lights on and off.
