Does not work, No Instructions – Samsung Smart Viewer Mobile Review

Bought the 8 cam SDE 4001 at SAMs. Set up in my business. Will not connect and absolutely NO instructions. What is the correct HTTP and RSTP port? SO frustrating. Where are you Samsung. Feel cheated.
