Poor communication regarding refunds on services not provided. They make you pay a deposit - the entire amount of your quoted price - first before you even meet potential pet sitters, then don’t refund your money until you badger them. Update: I’ve finally ALMOST gotten my money back except they delayed the transfer 24 hours because of poor training. If I could give NO stars, I would. Use ANY other app besides this one.
