Why isn’t play continued? – Words With Friends Classic Review

Why isn’t play continued? I had one tile left, and wasn’t allowed to play. Other gamer won. I would have won if allowed to play. Please fix this to have the game go till all letters are played or person has to pass. Thank You. Waiting for a response.
