Awful awful app – Mi AT&T Review

Very clearly designed by some junior level engineer with zero UX training. Terrible UI. How do I pay my bill? How much do I owe? Why can I only select pre-determined amounts? Why do you require so much information for me to add a payment method? I could go on. Literally the only thing this app is useful for, and even just barely, is tracking usage. Forget trying to actually do anything in the app. F-
