Simple and gets the job done – StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log Review

I have been away from the gym for about 4 months. My work schedule is crazy and lots of travel . 5x5 program is perfect no matter what the goal is. I recommend this program to really anyone. Get your form down and crush it. On days when I’m feeling good I will add a few more exercises but if not these lifts hit it all.
