App won’t work – LEVO Oil, Inc. Review

Initially I was able to download the app but wasn’t able to connect the WIFI. Now, I can’t even open the app....it shows the following error....Json parse error. Unexpected identifier “SQLSTATE”. I deleted the app and tried to reinstall and when I try to open the error keeps showing. For an expensive machine; this is ridiculous...2wks later. Customer service said this would be fixed... still waiting... not a good look for the company... maybe you should change app developer. Another 2 weeks and now customer service won’t even respond to emails....no updates on the app. Month and a half later... not fixed. At minimum you should alter your sales description. At least inform potential buyers that app will not work on recent IPhones. That’s just wrong....I’ve kept tabs on the app and there hasn’t been an update since I purchased the machine back in mid November.
