Workout that works – StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log Review

I’ve tried different isolation lifting methods on my way to 5x5 strong lifts. Without a doubt I’ve had the best results with this workout regimen. The app compliments the workout immensely, keep track of time, sets, reps, and history. Helping with deloads, and overall just really simple to use. Within 5 months of using this app to augment my lifting I was up to 285lbs squat, 210lbs bench, 245lbs deadlift (took it slow due to previous back injury). If you commit to 3, or even 2, workouts a week, you will see results over time. Consistency is key, and this app allows you to cut the crap and workout. Kudos to the developer.
