Traveler Beware – HotelsByMe.com - Hotels and Hotel Reservations Review

The app does not correctly show you hotels in the direction you are going, so I realize partly my fault. It also shows behind you. I inadvertently clicked on chain hotel thinking it was in front of us. I clicked reserve button and within SECONDS realized my mistake. I sent in cancellation immediately and wrote to company immediately. 6 days later I get a non-helpful response, but let me tell you, my credit card was charged immediately. If I could give this app less than 1 star for customer service, I would.
